What materials do you use?+
To ensure your belongings arrive safe and sound at your new home, you have to have the right packing materials and supplies on hand. That’s why we offer the essentials:
- Boxes
- Packing tape
- Bubble wrap and packing paper
- Markers
- Furniture wrap

Do you also take the trash during a move?+
Respectfully, we are not in the waste management business. That means we cannot take away or dispose of any garbage or waste material.
Move On will clean up any leftover materials (used by our employees) at your home during and at the end of your move. Disposal of any furniture will need to be discussed in advance with your moving consultant and, if approved, we will happily remove those items for you.

Can I ride in the truck during the move?+
Nope! No customers are allowed to ride in the Move On trucks during any portion of the move.

Are there any items you don’t move?+
While we wish we could move it all for you, there are plenty of items we cannot move. That includes:
- Hazardous materials (bleach, ammonia, other chemicals)
- Combustible/flammable items
- Pets and aquariums
- Plants
- Explosives
- Perishable food
- Valuables
- Cars, ATVs, riding lawn mowers
- Pool tables – we can move it if it’s disassembled, but we cannot reassemble
- TVs – we can remove it from the wall, but we cannot reinstall in your new place
- Basketball goals

Will your movers take the items I pack up?+
Of course. There are some household items you may feel more comfortable packing up. We’ll gladly take those items to your new home so you don’t have to worry about transporting them.
